Standards Matter: Why the Military Can’t Afford to Lower the Bar

The military has lowered its standards drastically. Women are not equipped to do the same things as men, and that’s not an insult – it’s reality. A standard is a standard. Whether it’s lifeguards, combat troops, or any critical role, we shouldn’t move the goalposts. Lowering standards puts lives at risk. Some women can meet the requirements – and they should serve. But America needs a military built on strength, not ideology.
